My Brisbane (Australia) and Busot (Spain) based practices are safe and welcoming spaces for you to relax and feel at ease. I work alongside you in a supportive nurturing way whilst also considering a holistic approach to the healing process. My style of professional counselling and commitment to my clients, helps them to strongly re-establish their confidence. Regular counselling sessions have previously been shown to be extremely powerful in improving client’s ability to manage their intrusive thoughts. How I can help you

My style of professional counselling is not only for those who are suffering from depression or anxiety, but can be highly beneficial for those who require assistance with smoking cessation, weight control, drug addiction, harmful habitual behaviours, relationships, grief, and sporting performance. My training in psychotherapy means I’m skilled and certified to assist with anxiety and/or depression. 

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

Equine-assisted therapy is a highly specialized form of psychotherapy using the horse as a therapeutic tool. By having a horse as a therapy medium the therapy offers a unique experience that provides emotional and physical comfort and instills trust and confidence. Equine-assisted psychotherapy (EAP) is considered highly beneficial for adolescent treatment due to its popularity and effectiveness (Burgon, 2011; Trotter et al., 2008).
